UPBC-JV 2015 Part 2

Now for part two. You all probably have plenty of questions and I will answer the ones that are most likely to happen. So. Here we go.

1. Did you have 1 or two hobo breakfasts?
I had one.
2. How many showers did you take?
I took thirteen. One day I could not because I woke up late and during free time I and three others won the ultimate frisbee tournament which left us with no time before chapel. After chapel there was not time for a shower.
3. Did you make any new friends?
Yes.
4. How many day trips did you go on and where were they to?
We took two day trips. The first one was to Sugarloaf Mountain and the beach. The second was to Au Train beach.
5. Who were the speakers?
The morning speaker for the first week was Zach Mundy. The evening was Dean Johnson. The morning speaker for the second week was Dan Dominguez. The evening speaker was Aaron Paul.

Ok I'm out of predictable questions now. Comment to ask yours! Megan is currently at Girls Camp. I am going to Isle Royale national park during the week of Boys Camp, where Ryan will be a Junior Counselor. In case you don't know, Isle Royale is a relatively large island about 50 miles into Lake Superior. Thanks for reading.

UPBC-JV 2015 Part 1

Almost 7 months...I have been very inactive. I am so sorry. Anyway! It was my first time at JV (Junior Varsity) Camp and it was awesome. It was two weeks long instead of one like most of the other camps UPBC runs. I was in a cabin with a great counselor and 4 of my closest friends. The first week for activities I chose riflery and the challenge course. I have done both plenty of times before but, hey, why not do them again? The second week I chose riflery and rocketry. Out of the 111 campers and numerous counselors, we were all split into 10 teams. And yes, JV camp is co-ed. I would like to humbly say that my team took home the championship over the two weeks. Ryan's team placed 3rd. The challenges were hard but fun most of the time and for some reason we won about 95% of the things we participated in. My team's skit was...funny. Everyone else's was funny. Ryan's team by far had the best one. Anyway, it is late at night. I will post more about this later. Papa Baker, I know you smiled when you saw I posted.
